Please call 212-737-1212 to schedule an appointment at our surgery (office), request a hotel call, location shoot call or request a home visit.

Payment Policy
|
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept travelers cheques,
Visa,
MasterCard, and
American Express.
In some cases we accept international travel insurance as direct
payment. Business travelers may request that the service be added to the their
hotel bill (subject to individual hotel policy). Patients receive detailed
receipts to submit to their insurance companies. In most cases the cost is
fully reimbursed by insurance.
A follow-up office visit for the same illness within a 1-week period is provided at no additional charge.
